A LITTLE HISTORY ( R.M.) If memory serves me correctly it really all started in about 1988,before that we mainly just hung out with friends and played games and listened to music,didn't even have cell phones back then.We wouldn't think twice about road tripping on a weekday to see a band we liked and be back at work the next morning.Tangerine dream in 1988 in dallas during the onset of hurricane Gilbert,was an outside show with the wind.Not to mention the Custom made Atari OS they used synced up with lazers were possibly a first and awesome.Anyway,back to the story at hand.They had computers but to the average man they where way out of reach.So when we did start getting together to play music it was an undertaking to say the least.We would commondeer a living room and commence to put together a massive array of cable,boards and mixers taking up the better part of the living room and 3 to 4 hr.s of time.Ending up recording into a simple tape player(later on upgrading to a stereo vhs player).We allways played improv,just whatever felt right at the moment.It was indeed a great time to be young and alive,structured stuff came later.I think it was 93' S.A. moved to tenn. for a better job and a little later I packed all my gear and went there for vaction.We set up in a motel room for a week and played some great music,and if we can ever find it,a video overdub of a few animations.After that I decided to move there and we started playing more structured stuff,most all of this timeframe is still not found or not converted yet.95' we both started familys, I moved and untill the net got popular we didn't make any music as a team.Now with modern technology we can jam,write and collaborate using the same programs.
